Jerry Wilkinson is founder and Chairman of The Wilkinson Companies. Since 1984, Jerry has directed the operations and growth of the Wilkinson Companies and its subsidiaries. His vision and leadership are well respected across the real estate community.
Jerry served as 2012 Chairman of the National Apartment Association (NAA). He has previously served as President of the Georgia Apartment Association (GAA) and the Atlanta Apartment Association (AAA). He is a member of the NAA and GAA Hall of Fame.
Jerry received a BS in Electrical Engineering from Duke University, an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School and has done post graduate work at Harvard. He serves on several Boards including Apartment Life, Inc., LaGrange College and the Community Foundation for Greater Atlanta.
Jerry and his wife, Beverly, have three daughters and eight grandchildren, and split their time between Atlanta, Georgia and Amelia Island, Florida.
Chad Brammer is President and Chief Operating Officer of The Wilkinson Group. He is responsible for all aspects of operations of WGI and subsidiary companies Wilkinson Real Estate Advisors and Wilkinson Construction Company. With Chad’s guidance, the Wilkinson Companies have invested heavily in technology and infrastructure, generating greater returns for investors and creating a platform ripe for expansion.
Prior to joining The Wilkinson Group in 2000, Chad held acquisition / finance positions for multiple publicly-traded companies.
Chad received a BS from Duke University and an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business. He is an Airline Transport Pilot and flies regularly. Chad is a board member of the National Multi Housing Council.
Phil Deguire is Chief Executive Officer of The Wilkinson Group. He is responsible for investment strategy, acquisitions/dispositions, and debt/equity finance. Phil leads the sourcing, underwriting and financing of all Wilkinson investments. Under his leadership, The Wilkinson Group has executed more than $500,000,000 in transactions in the past 5 years.
Prior to joining The Wilkinson Group in 2008, Phil was a principal in an Atlanta-based boutique real estate investment group. Previously he was an officer for a publicly-traded global real estate services firm.
Phil received a BA from Williams College. He is a board member of the National Multi Housing Council and a trustee for Kimball Union Academy.
Phil and his wife, Heather, have two children and reside in Dunwoody, Georgia.
Dan Oliver is Chief Financial Officer of The Wilkinson Companies. Dan oversees all accounting and financial reporting for The Wilkinson Companies and its partnerships. He is responsible for cash management and tax returns at the corporate and partnership levels. Dan brings a diverse background to The Wilkinson Companies, including asset management, raising foreign equity, and development. Dan’s skill set will be a key driver in the future growth of The Wilkinson Companies.
Dan received a BS from The Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management. Dan is a Certified Public Accountant. He and his wife, Kimberly, have three children and live in Atlanta, Georgia.
Patrick is the Acquisitions and Operations Associate for the Wilkinson Group. Some of Patrick’s responsibilities include underwriting potential acquisitions, negotiating ancillary income contracts, coordinating the dispositions of existing assets, and tracking monthly portfolio performance.
Patrick received a Bachelor of Business Administration, majoring in Real Estate and Finance, from the University of Mississippi.
Patrick and his wife, Alyssa, reside in Sandy Springs, Georgia
Jeff is the Vice President of Accounting for the Wilkinson Group. Jeff oversees all of the accounting and financial reporting for the various properties owned by the Wilkinson Companies, Inc. He is reponsible for timely and accurate financial reporting, cash flow management, budgeting and audit compliance at the corporate and property levels.
Jeff has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, including homebuilding, commercial and residential development and property management. He received a BBA in Accounting from Valdosta State University and an MBA from Mercer University. Jeff is a Certified Public Accountant.
Sheila Golden is the Human Resources Director for the Wilkinson Group. She is responsible for the administration of all payroll and benefit information provided to our Wilkinson Family. She also provides support for all human resources functions within the company.
Sheila has an extensive background managaing and administrating both, payroll and, benefit operations within a corporate environment. This includes her last assignment of over eight years with a large international medical company, which grew to 800 emplopyees. Included in these areas of experience are compliance issues, employee handbooks, payroll implementation and various benefit design programs.
Sheila attended DeKalb College and Valdosta State College, majoring in Business Administration. Sheila and her husband, Jim, have two children and reside in Ellijay, GA.
