Debbie Millwood
As President and COO for Wilkinson Real Estate Advisors, Inc., Debbie is responsible for all aspects of property management.

Debbie began her multifamily real estate management career in 1980 and served as Regional Property Manager for NPI and Area Vice President for RAM Partners/Post Properties. Most recently Debbie was Senior Vice President of Fogelman Management Group since 1998 where she was responsible for overseeing property operations and client relations for approximately 50% of the overall portfolio, including properties throughout Georgia, Tennessee, South and North Carolina, Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky and Alabama.

Debbie has received her CPM designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management. Debbie resides in Atlanta and is active in Habitat for Humanity where she has served on the board of directors for the Cobb County affiliate and for the Atlanta based nonprofit Progressive Redevelopment, Inc.
Wanda Siniard
Wanda Siniard is Executive Vice President of Wilkinson Real Estate Advisors, Inc. She is responsible for overseeing the operation of the Eastern Region portfolio.  Additionally, Wanda assists Debbie Millwood on managing reporting and monitoring company budgets, financial forecasting and results, cost management, revenue enhancement, managing operations policy and procedures, establishing and implementing policy and procedures and company wide best practices and key performance drivers.   

Wanda joined Wilkinson Real Estate Advisors in March of 2006.  Wanda has over 21 years experience in the multifamily industry and has previously worked for Berkshire Real Estate Advisors, Colonial Properties Trust and Steven D. Bell & Company.

Wanda has a BS in Business from Lander University.  She has been active in local apartment associations and maintains the designations of PMIC, CAM and CAPS. She and her husband, Bob, have two daughters and live in Greenville, SC.
Shelia Golden
Sheila Golden is HR Director of Wilkinson Real Estate Advisors.  She is responsible for the administration of all payroll and benefit information provided to our Wilkinson family.  She also works closely with Debbie Millwood in providing support for all human resources functions within the company.

Sheila has an extensive background managing and administrating,  both payroll and benefit operations within a corporate environment, including her last assignment of over eight years, with a large international medical company, which grew to employ over 800 employees. Included in these areas of experience are compliance issues, employee handbooks, payroll implementation and various benefit design programs.

Sheila attended DeKalb College and Valdosta State College, majoring in business administration. Sheila and her husband Jim, have two children and reside in Ellijay, GA.
Lynn McAuliffe
Lynn serves as the Management Operations Trainer, responsible for improving the productivity of WREA employees to achieve progressive property financial improvement. Lynn is responsible for the strategic design and implementation of training programs for all facets of our industry including leasing, marketing, management, policies & procedures, and technology. Lynn’s first profession was teaching; her property management career spans over 25 years, where she has served in management, leadership, training, and marketing capacities, previously working for UDR, AMLI, Wilkinson, JLC, and Lane Management. 
 
Lynn holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English and Education, and has completed graduate level courses in adult education and web-based training design. She is a Certified Apartment Property Supervisor and is active in the Atlanta Apartment Association. She has been called on to speak at NAA and National Multi-Housing Council Events.
 
Lynn lives in Acworth with her husband. They have a son, a daughter & son-in-law, all of whom reside in the Atlanta area.
 
Hilary Bayer
Hilary is the Vice President of Marketing for Wilkinson Real Estate Advisors. She oversees all of the marketing and advertising efforts for the organization including print, online, outdoor and other media efforts.

Hilary joined Wilkinson Real Estate Advisors in September 2009. Prior to joining the organization, she worked in marketing for companies including GMAC Insurance, Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta and the Colorado Rockies.

Hilary has a BA from Duke University.  She currently resides in Atlanta, GA with her husband and enjoys playing tennis, running and competing in triathlons. 

 

Jeff Gaskins
Jeff Gaskins is the Vice President of Accounting for Wilkinson Real Estate Advisors, Inc.  Jeff oversees all of the accounting and financial reporting for the various properties owned and managed by Wilkinson Real Estate Advisors, Inc.  He is responsible for timely and accurate financial reporting, cash flow management, budgeting and audit compliance at the corporate and property levels.  Jeff has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, including homebuilding, commercial and residential development and property management.
 
Jeff received a BBA in Accounting from Valdosta State University and an MBA from Mercer University.  Jeff is a Certified Public Accountant.  He has two children and resides in Duluth, Georgia.
Steve Coggins
Steve Coggins serves in dual roles as Regional Manager and Regional Service Director for Wilkinson Real Estate Advisors, Inc.

After leaving the Marine Corps, Steve began his Multi-family career in 1986 as an on-site Maintenance Supervisor with Equimark Inc. After that he held positions of Service Director and Business Manager with Fogelman Management Group on properties ranging from 800 to 989 units. Steve has held positions as Project Manager and Assistant Construction Superintendent with NRCC and Alliance Residential. Most recently Steve was a Regional Maintenance Supervisor with Alliance Residential.

Steve currently resides in Lawrenceville, Ga. with his wife. They have 2 children and 4 grandchildren.
JoLyn Blair
JoLyn Blair is currently a Regional Manager for Wilkinson Real Estate Advisors, Inc. She is responsible for overseeing the operations of the Central Region portfolio, which consists of 1,200 units located in communities in Georgia and Tennessee.

JoLyn started her property management career with Signature Management Company in 1996 while attending Kennesaw State University. Her responsibilities have been in various Southeast markets located in Georgia, South Carolina and Tennessee. She went on to work for Cornerstone Realty Income Trust and United Corners, Inc. before joining Wilkinson Real Estate Advisors in 2009. JoLyn’s property management background includes multifamily, commercial and retail experience.

JoLyn lives in north Georgia with her husband and daughter. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Lisa Adams
Lisa Adams is Regional Manager of Wilkinson Real Estate Advisors, Inc. She is responsible for overseeing operations of the Metro Region consisting of properties throughout Georgia. Lisa has over twenty years experience in the multifamily property management industry. Her responsibilities have been in various markets throughout Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, Texas and Florida.

Lisa has managed a variety of real estate ranging from new construction to more challenged assets. True to asset performance, she understands the role of maximizing revenue while mediating risk. Working with United Dominion Realty Trust, MidAmerica, Princeton Properties, and United Residential has provided Lisa with the tools and knowledge necessary for success in any multifamily environment.

She currently holds a CPM designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management and business degree from Gordon College. Some of her accomplishments include: Multi Site Leader of the Year with the Atlanta Apartment Association, and Lowest Turnover as a Portfolio, and Best Turnaround on a Property with MAA.

Lisa and her family reside in Alpharetta, Georgia.
Rodney Rogers
Rodney Rogers is the Vice President of Technology and also serves as Revenue Manager. Rodney's property management career began as a leasing consultant with Trammell Crow Residential in 1989. Rodney later served as a Regional Manager at Gables Residential and Fogelman Management. In 2007 Rodney joined Place Properties as a National Trainer.

Rodney most recently held dual roles of Regional Manager and Systems Administrator at Signature Management. Rodney has been involved with many property management software systems including AMSI, Yardi and RealPage. He specializes in data conversion, training, support and implementation. Rodney holds a BBA degree from Georgia State University.
